Reasonable and purudent in standard care:
Reasonable care is a subjective test to determine whether the person committed negligence in their act not exercising reasonable care.
Reasonable care is the caution and concern with ordinary prudent and rational person would use in similar circumstances. It is a standard used in legal duties and whether such duties fulfilled.
Prudent provider can provide care in the community. Purudent care is specially trained person providing special care to people based on their training.
In a tort law standard of care is the only degree of prudence and caution of an individual who is under duty of care. Whether the standard of the care can be breached is determined by the trier of fact and usually phrased in terms of reasonable person.
