Third party payers are agents of patients who contract with providers to pay all or a portion of the bill to the patient.Commercial health care insurerscharge from individuals some certain amount of insurance coverage which is called the premium and they also have to share some percentage of the health care providers chargesaccording to their contracts with their clients.But government programs will make payments for medical care on behalf of the patients without any premiums or with co-payment in some cases.
