To control the blood glucose level patient require insulin.

Insulin is given according to the patient blood glucose level.

To measure the correct amount of the insulin by the patient a scale, sliding scale is used.

By the use if sliding scale we can measure what the insulin dose is patient required.

Regular insulin sliding scale has 3 dose scale that is-

1. Low dose scale

2. Moderate dose scale

3. High dose scale.
