Violence in healthcare is unfortunately a prevalent occurrence. What are some policies you would enact to reduce the risk of violence?

Incident reporting policy need to be incorporated because once if any dispute between the client and the healthcare provider if they report it in detail the organization will be ready to face the future violence occurrence. It helps to know about the problem what is condition of the client and also about the family members so that if any problem occur the organization can deal it effectively and also after reporting the higher officials can talk to the client and the family and smoothly solve the problem thus the violence can be prevented.

Safety committee should be incorporated in the organization to review the problems occurs in the organization. They will review the incident reports and ensure safety to workers against violence.

Policies can be followed according to the state bills.

All must ensure client and workers safety and prevents violence.
