Failing to act when one observes unethical behavior

Falsifying data to meet deadlines, quality standards, avoid extra work, etc.

Acting unethically because “everyone else is doing it”

Carrying out decisions/orders that you clearly believe are wrong

Ending slavery and then criminalizing being black.

Taking the indigenous people land and destroying their way of life, commited genocide, then giving them little to live off of.

China reducing products quality and safety standards and it sold in other countries.
