Arthritis is defined as the inflammation of joints. Mainly when swelling ,pain,stiffness & low range of motion is performed then its simply called arthritis.

**Precautions for Arthritis :-

1.lifestyle modification :-it includes Maintaining proper body weight,quiting smoking & alcohol consumption, expose to sunlight,using better body mechanism(during sitting,long standing,heavy lifting etc.)

2.Dietary changes :- Take fortified foods,fatty fish,egg yolks,cheese,mushroom,milk,meat,orange, papaya,broccoli etc. Avoid salty & sweetened food.

3.Regular exercise :- it's important for strengthens joint & make them flexible.it can be walking,running,jogging,jumping,cycling,racing,hand exercise etc.

4.Avoid injury of joints as it damaged cartilage.

5.Avoid high heels.

6.Protect your joints.

7.Stay hydrated as it helps to form cartilage properly.
