Write up a case that entails a patient, their presenting symptoms, a bit of their medical history, and possibly progression of the disease after their initial visit to a doctor. Keep in mind key symptoms, signs, or diagnostics that may help someone identify the causative agent, but don't just give it away! For the case, give the disease name, causative agent, and why you would know that, based on the facts presented in the case. Then give 3 follow up questions that you could ask regarding this pathogen- possibly treatment, diagnostics, virulence factors, relevant vaccines, etc. - don't forget to also provide the answers!

Initially present in to the clinic with fever and cough retreated with antibiotics and cough syrup but later patient came to the clinic again with worsening of symptoms like night nice wet cough that last more than three weeks plus of appetite and weight loss fever chills.
