Answer #1

The learning theories which is necessary or useful in APN are behaviourism theory(e.g., Pavlovian theory) cognitive theory(Piaget cognitive theory) and constructivism theory(Jean Piaget theory). This will be helpful to understand a clients behavior, cognition and the thought process during an illness and thus provide appropriate care. The care is performed on the basis of evidences and previous experience which can reduce error and a quality care can be provided.

The principle of beneficence is most important because these healthcare professionals should always try to do the most appropriate and accurate care which can benefit them.It should not cause any harm intentionally or unintentionally.

When both the theory and principles are combined a safe and high quality care can be provided by the APN.
