Focussing on work is very important in order to suceed professionally and as well as personally.

it gives us job satisfaction , a sense of well being.presence is foundation for focus and mindfulness.now a days many people practicing multi tasking and they are doing two to three works at a time. this may reduce the time but it has even negative effects like it reduces the quality and productivity of our work.

now a days with advancements in technology, people got addicted to smart phones, computers and others. this also has a negative impact on work

being ethical in work gives self gratification and improves our quality of life.
