Try to keep pt awake, respiratory status (RR, rhythm, breath sounds), airway patency (intubate?), neurocheck (every 15m), call MD, perfusion (cap refill, pulses, ouput), elevate HOB.

While waiting for the physician to arrive, you find that Mr. Rimes has become unresponsive to verbal stimuli. The right pupil is larger than the left and does not respond to light. Mr. Rimes responds to painful stimuli in themanner shown in the illustration.

So the correct option is C. Place the patient in the supine position.
