Reason is anemic patients have less hemoglobin.. this leads to less delivery of oxygen to the tissues because hemoglobin carries oxygen to the tissues and in anemic patients Hemoglobin is reduced..

Oxygen is required for energy production in tissues soand muscles. when less oxygen is delivered tissues and muscle are deprived of energy.
