Clinical narrative is a discriptive form which explain the experience or personal opinion of a case.It explain in details as a story what a medical professional optained from the patient and their bystanders.

Whereas case study is an analytical method of study design which focus in details on a single topic of concern and make out an analysis.

Both clinical narrative and case study comes under qualitative study design, where there is a difference in approach to a case.

Clinical narrative writing helps medical professionals to share their opinion. About patient's condition to their colleagues so that they can understand and provide the apt treatment measure.
