I will ask the thorough history of the patient starting with-

1- Name , age , sex of the individual.

2- chief complaint and duration.

3- other complains that patient is having.

4- History of present illness - when the symptoms started, medication.

5- history of chest pain , onset ,duration and character of the pain.

6- any complaint in eywsight to asses retinal damage.

7- History of alcohal intake or smoking.

8- family history.
