Frame work of Orems self care theory :

Nursing systems, Self care deficit, Self care are the three contents under Orems self care theory.

Nursing Systems : Wholly compensatory,Partially compensatory and supportive and educative.

Self care deficit : It includes five methods of helping.

Self care : This includes self care,Self care requisites,Self care agencies and therapeutic self care demand.

Dorothea Orems self care theory can be used for formulating Nursing care plan by identifying self care requisites and self care deficits of a client.This includes the type of systems that can be used for the care of the client.Thus Prema theory provides care according to the self care needs of the client.
