Every individual have their own intrinsic belief that forms one's own philosophies. If a nurse have a belief that how to interact or communicate with the patient, patient families and other health care personnels, how to utilize the knowledge gained from the classroom, it deepens the connections and improves knowledge, attitude and skills.
