This reporting ensures that employees have the opportunity to report wrongdoing and are provided they are acting in good faith and have the right not to suffer any punishments. Good faith report means a report of conduct, a wrongdoing or abuse which is made without malice and the person who makes the report has reasonable cause to believe is true. The purpose is to foster a culture of openness and honest communication and to ensure the attainment of the objectives set.
