Answer #1

It is very hard to acquire Joint Commission International Accreditation to a Managed Care Organization. Committed leadership and a strong safety culture are critical components to creating a safe healthcare system that is constantly learning and improving. The Joint Commission’s new Patient Safety Systems Chapter appropriately focuses on these key areas, as well strategies for effective identification and analysis of safety data, proactive risk assessment, the psychological safety of the workforce, and patient engagement.

The organisation should follow the JCI standards strictly to get accredited.
