I hope you will rate my answer positively--

Here , all the options can cause the listeria monocytogens .But I think most appropriate option which is least likely to be contaminated by listeria monocytogens is option b. Smoked salmon because it is not possible to produce cold smoked fish that is consistently free from listeria . This is because cold smoking does not involve cooking the fish by heat during the smoking process in order to produce a characteristic delicate texture. In contrast to it hot smoking leaves a firm texture and kills off listeria.

In case of hard boiled eggs their is a deadly listeria outbreak found had sickened seven people in five states .

The sprouts grow in moist ,warm condition which are ideal for the growth for listeria.

Whereas in case of Bologna it is adapted to survive refrigerator temperatures which is suitable for the growth of listeria.

Thankyou.
