There are many priorities to a healthcare organization, such as finance, safety and most importantly, patient care (elearning.scranton.edu).” Medical facilities have contributed to patients’ quality of care and ultimately patients will live longer happier lives. Although the goal of medical improvements is to benefit the patients, there are risks associated with delivery of care to patients, staff and the facility. Common mistakes such as medication errors, safety issues, regulations issues, concerns with anesthesia and surgery, infections, falls and contracting other illnesses are some of the problems faced that need to be addressed with risk management. It is wise to develop a plan, implement the plan and continuously monitor the plan.

Yes its true that in an organization there is huge need of risk managers as tere are high risk factors associated with patients, staff as well as organization in healthcare system.

Although thre are more simultaneous issues as finance and safety.

As it is well defined that the overall helthcare is patient centered, all the medical facilities are and will be developed for enhance ment of quality of care for patients to live longer with happiness.

At the same time there are the risks associated with delivery of care to patients and the facility.

Hence to handle such situations there is huge demand of risk managers, they are required to develop an effective plan then the analysis then the implementation of the plan along with the monitoring the plan continuosly.
