Self confidence is commonly used to self assure one's personal ability, judgement, Power and being a master in particular activities.

The level of self confidence can be built up by hardwork , passion, repeated efforts, good health,self direction, realistic belief,sense of control,sense of worth, emotional copping and awareness, problem solving skills, stress management,sense of humour, being creative,gender identity, culture identity,self care,self motivation ,be positive, identity strength and weakness

Hence to attain one's goal self confidence is important.

If he has low level or no confidence ,he cannot move forward .The person will stand still at the same place and won't succeed. Henceforth when one individual develops the above qualities in his life as a habit will be more successful.
