It is an important aspect that maintanence of patient privacy as well as maintanence of employees values. So as a care manager it's your duty to maintain the privacy of the patient in your ward.

The patients details should be kept confidential and details of care provided only expose to the medical team. For that kept the medical file properly and always make sure that an outstander cannot get it. The collected data marked appropriately in the file. Give proper instructions to the co workers about the need and importance of maintaining patient confidentiality.

As a care manager you had the duty to validate the values of co workers. You should examine and respect the values of employees and even if needed questioning the values of the worker. It is needed well it lead to any compromise in the patient care or it cause serious effect in the patients health outcome.
