Western culture has a great attraction towards skinny body type ,as we can see in most of the films. I think maintaining body with out obesity can bring out many positive results. These days, it can be seen that there is an increase in obese population. Obesity results in various health problems as well such as atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus etc .Thereby it results in deterioration of quality and quantity of life. Researches show that, as aging progresses some hormonal factors become the responsible factors for overweight ,for example low testosterone levels, decreased insulin sensitivity etc.. So we need to find an appropriate method to tackle this issue. Fat burning drinks can help to a great extent.
