of her family. She has had eight children. The family cares for her
at home but have noted that she has become progressively confused. After
bringing her to her family doctor, she has been diagnosed with dementia.
She often does not sleep. She has been found to be up at night and
outside by herself. She has fallen four times in the past week,
fortunately without injury. Her family brings her to the emergency room
last night and she is admitted with pneumonia. Her records reveal the
