  • The first and foremost thing is, we should need to keep our hands clean and pure always, whatever the situation would be, whether its the time to have meals, or after playing or after having some domestic work we should need to take care of this matter in a serious way
  • Always keep your living area neat and clean , use some appropriate disinfectant to clean the surface regularly.
  • Try to have a cooked diet in a proper way, if your'e consuming any raw food make sure to clean that stuff as much it is needed.
  • Keep your immune in a good standard by means of maintaining good nutrition and have proper exercise with balanced lifestyle.
  • make sure to use tissue or hand kerchief while your'e sneezing and keep away from the suspected one.
