Assisted living is not regulated on the federal level. The assisted living should have increased regulations. This will help people/ consumer to have the better choice for their assisting living. The assisted living are for the people with disabilities or the people who are unable to perform their daily house hold chorus. So, if the consumer will not get proper care and assistant, it will be of no use to opt for the assisted living. This may also increases more problem. Hence government should regulate the options available for the assisted living and should intervene about the specific consideration required by people.
