The incivilty means one or more roude behaviour or discortious or disrespectful behaviour that may or may not have negative impact behind them. Incivilty in nursing means violence in the workplace of clinical setting by the nurses.

How to decrease incivilty in nursing =

I) Decrease work pressure on nurses.

ii) Zero tolerance ,

iii) Non threatening behaviour,

iv) Clear communication

v) shere involvement

vi) cooperation and collaboration in between health care provider and other professionals.

vii) careful selection of employees.
