data quality is data become quality when it turns suffcient,accurate,reliable,valid and accepable. when it has not certain criteria, it becomes poor quality.

there are certain criteria which helps to ensure data which was collected during the monitoring and evaluation are accurate. They are valid, accurate,complete, acceptable,beneficial. validity of a tool used for data collection should be valid. and it helps to measure hat it intends to measure.reliabilityis that the data which is collected, will show similar results when it splits into half sheet. complete is that when data becomes complete, it shows good quality. beneficial is that hen data is collected should be useful and what is intended to measure. data that is collected, should be accepted by all , the it becomes acceptable one and it is good qualiy data.

evaluation process: staff are used as tool for data collection and at the end of data collection and data are verified using quality tool. there by performanace of employess are assessed and review their progress of performance. analysis is process in the evaluation that helps to understand and intrepret the graphs or fiqure. system in evaluation process is measuring the final sytem to the starting goals and ongoing test and assess whether system continues to meet these goals. site that has been used for  data collection is assesed in evaluation process
