Other than exercise, how can you train your body to better handle the stress response? Why to you think some people (e.g. those who sky dive) seek out stressful situations?

a. Come out or giving a break for the stressful work or process we do
b. Smile and increase positivity around you

d. Take up your favourite hobbies dance, singing , drawing , and even sky diving which makes you feel free
2 .I will be in favour of low-carb diet, because high carb diet makes your digestive system to get dumped and so the process of digestion slow down. So low carb will help us in proper digestion.
