Answer #1

1. If I had to choose to live without one gland it would most likely be the thyroid gland.
Because post thyroidectomy, I'm now able to lead a completely normal life.

Explanation:- The thyroid gland is responsible for producing two important hormone.
-thyroxine (T4)
- triiodothyronine( T3)

These hormones control our metabolism.
I've got too little of these hormones, meaning that I have to symptoms such as tiredness, inability to deal with cold temperatures, dry skin, depression, and if not treated, death. These are the symptoms someone have without thyroid...but with medication everything is normal.

2. Pituitary gland serves as most important gland of body.
-it is also called as master gland because hormones secreted by pituitary gland also regulate other endocrine glands.
