Relapse remitting refers to the occurence of symptoms for about a day and then it subsides either getting recovered completely or not.

Primary progressive refers to symptoms occurring repeatedly or same symptoms can be seen but does not show any worsening symptoms .Here patient will have cessation of symptoms for some time and then it could reoccur

In secondary progressive the patient shows gradual increase in worsening of symptoms and patient generally do not get any relapse . The symptoms worsens steadily or simply it worsens

In relapse progressive the patient gets symptoms after getting recovered or free 9f symptoms
