           Hashimoto's disease is an autoimmune disease which cause hypothyroidism leads to risks that contribute to fatigue, vitamin B12 deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. Anemia shows the symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, pale skin ,shortness of breath etc. Anemia is seen in chronic kidney disease due to decrease absorbtion of erythropoietin.
