According to the given scenario patient develops choking. Since they cannot make any sound we should expect that the airway is completely obstructed. The following actions can help the patient to clear the obstruction .   

1. Perform abdominal thrusts by standing behind them

2.place your hands at the patient’s belly button and keep the lower arm clenched in fist. Pull sharply inward and upward

3. Repeat this until the food particle expels out

CPR is only recommended if the patient went to unconsciousness with no breath and pulsation.
