Public meeting are generally held when there are certain imbalance eg, outbreaks, the public meeting is called for gathering the information on the outbreaks to find the causes, reasons ,etc. The meeting is used to get the information from different minds of people which can provide a valuable information than the machines like computers .So the public meeting is held to find the answers to our questions. The public meeting on importance of immunization the mass media is used for this purpose to aware the general public about the importance of the immunization where it can be done etc. In short the public meeting acts as two way system it gives information and helps to collect data from mastermind speakers.
