Option 3.Wear eye shield at night . Eye shield is more protective than eye patch,protect eye from dust or any potential injury.Patient may be instructed to sleep with the shield up to one weak after surgery.

Option 4. Monitor the eye for drainage.Little drainage is common after surgery (Early in the morning gentle wiping with tissue is enough) ,but heavy drinage indicated infection so need to monitoring is needed.

Need to have high fiber diet to reduce constipation.More strain for defecation causes damage to nerves and blood vessels.

Avoid rubbing are squeezing of eyes after surgery,it may irritate eyes,need to avoid sternous activities and avoid bending at waist,due to poorly adjusted lens in early days it may leads to mam adjust meant.
