18 years ago, patient complained to her PCP of multiple rashes that developed on her arms and legs whenever she went out into the sun. She also complained of several small patches of hair loss on her head that she attributed to stress and an airplane trip that she took 3 moths previously. Flying terrifies her. She mentioned at that time that she lacked energy, became tired easily and always needed to take naps at least one nap a day. she was also suffering from mild arthritic pain in her fingers and elbows but attributed the joint discomfort to "growing old" her ESR was 25mm/hr. What might have caused the lack of energy in this patient, and what type of tests might be3 ordered to support this conclusion?

There was a chance of having Anaemia caused by deficiency of IRON,FOLIC ACID and viamin B12.
developing multilple rashes, small patches of hair loss ,getting tiered easily and lack of energy are the symptoms of immunity problem related to anaemia.
Lack of energy is just because of low hemoglobin levels in the blood,as the low hemoglobin level decreases the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood,so patient was feeling tiered and lack of energy too.
The tests which must have done ,includes
*COMPLETE BLOOD PICTURE which includes the hemoglobin level,RBC,White blood count, ESR and platelets etc.
