So,when i was a new graduate in this field,there were ample of decisions to be made, which can be a reason to make you comfortable and confident or demotivated.I was on my own a bit nervous but make sure whatever decision you are taking , be self confident in it.
Instructors techniques-
First- get to know about your patient thoroughly.
Second-be calm and confident.
Third-dont be in a hurry to take any decision.
Yes, i learnt everything important on my job, such as taking decisions, helping clients, to save someone's lofe on any cost and be humble and caring.
Lastly, just work hard on what you are doing, give your 100% and success will definately be yours.
