When being part of unit or facility team, nurse should display wualities of leadership and management. Nurse is responsible for the care and safety of patient. They are also representative for their nursing team and their safety.
If an argument takes place between 2 members I would first like to investigate into the matter and subject for argument. Then I would like to talk to both members seperately and try to understand their point of view. After all this I would make both the members to understand each others perspective. This will help them to reach at one conclusion that will be beneficial for both as well as the team.
