Due to racial and ethnic minorities in United States , the health of population get worsen , death rate increases. The correct term used for this HEALTH DISPARITIES.

It is defined as differences in health care system , regarding quality of health, outcome of health care , linked with economic, social, environmental , racial/ethnic between population subgroups and majority population.

CAUSES OF HEALTH DISPARITIES-----

1. Inadequate quality of health care among racial and ethnic minorities.

2. Socioeconomic status of minority class population .

3. Lack of education, poverty, employment, culture.

Health care disparities not only affected by racial/ethnic but other factors like disability, sex/gender, geography, income, sexual orientation also affect greatly.
