Physical appearance has become one of the most frequent discrimination cases at work over the past 20 years.For the protection of employee the labour act includes article in the labour code. That protecting the right of the employee, THE EMPLOYER MUST NOT EXCLUDE A PERSON FROM A RECRUITMENT PROCESS ON THE BASIS OF PYSICAL APPEARANCE.
