Answer #1

Complications are:

*Post stroke depression

* Shy, Guilty

*Hopelessness

*Anxiety

*Insomnia

*Drug anti-depressants may increase the suicidal ideation among younger adults but among older peole the symptoms will be reduced.

*Insecurity

*Maladaptive behaviour

*Over affectiin with the therapist (sometimes)

Prognosis:

Prognosis will be good if the client is followed and monitored frequently. Because soon after the discharge there will be an increased risk of suicidal attempt. Nonadherance to the pharmacotherapy after discharge may increase suicidal ideation. So close monitoring by family, friends and planning for a early follow-up treatment will give good prognosis.
