The study conducted by Mickan ans Rodger was : "Effective health care teams: a model of six characteristics developed from shared perceptions."

They followed 3 methods in their research to collect the data and to come up with the result.The study was quantitative in nature.

●One method used in this research study was the survey method. This study was conducted by conducting interviews and also by providing questionires to the purposive sample of 39 strategic informants.
