1.if a patient had experienced sexual assault so it is very difficult for her to disclose it with someone. So we have to encourage her , support her and be non judgemental to interact with her. As a medical professionale we need all the information about the situation to do the needful. Talk to her in supportive manner like-

I am sorry this happened but I am with you. You are not alone, we all are here for you. Please Answer all my questions from which I can get the information about you and help you. Trust me we will not harm you. We care about you so please help us so that we can help you and do the needful for you.

Try to gain the confidence of patient and help her. Because of assault she is already in stress so psychotherapy also helps to improve her mental condition.
