Community is groups of people who live together and have something in common.

Community outreach programs are ways and methods used by various groups and organisations to fulfill the various needs of the community.

For any effective Community program it is essential to first find out what are the community needs, various ways can be used to find out like surveys , media etc. Next to find out what community needs the most, by understanding the community and prioritizing the needs. Next step is to find out good partners or groups whose interest aligns with the needs of the community thereby forming a good community partnerships. Next is to engage in person so that the people of community are part of the process, so that there by two waysways communication between the groups and community. All this will lead to a better utilisation of resources leading to a better desired solutions.
