The informal groups, as the name suggests, are the group of some students in a school or group of some employees in an organization, who meet together to discuss or work on some ideas with their own initiatives. They do not work under any direction or initiative from the school or the office.
Solution: The force or the motivation that brings these students together is some common reason like partying once in a month, work to improve the health of plants in the school garden, initiating a green cause in school activities etc.
The reason on the other side can also be an expression of their agitation against poor treatment of some teachers of the students or desire of some extra facilities in sports etc.
In our school we have some prominent informal groups like a science club where students meet informally once in a month to share their information on new science topics in other schools, one group meets in school on alternate weekends to practice as a band for participating in concerts, school supports them, one group works in charity organizations to contribute whenever they get a chance.
