If I were the manager of an organization with low employee retention ratio I would first see what is the problem that the employees are not retaining and if there is someone because of them employees are leaving then I will fire him immediately even if the person is best employee. I would make sure that they get enough pay and extra pay for overtime. I would give them hike in salary if they are performing well. On regular intervals I will arrange extra curricular activities so that they can have relaxation. For the best employees I would give awards so that their confidence is boosted.
