1) NPD is more common in men and the cause for NPD is unknown but it is caused by combination of genetic and environmental factors. The symptoms for NPD is excessive need for admiration, disregard for other's feelings and inability to handle any criticism.

As a manager you should take the person to a talk therapy and as to a psychiatrist. Regular monitoring should be done of that person. Intervention should be arranged and family gathering should also be done to cheer up the person.
