how has nursing moved toward or away from professionalism in the past 10 years?

Answer #1

It has moved towards the professionalism because the nurses have become more educated and doctors used to bully nurses back then. As they have become smarter and America's medical guidelines have been improved, the nurses have inclined more towards the professionalism as they have now space to work and can't be bullied. They had to work overtime without getting paid before 10 years but now they work according to the guidelines and don't work extra without getting paid for the extra hours. So, I think from last 10 years nurses now have become more professional.
