Nurse:"sir, if you would eat then the medicine would have a great therapeutic effect on your body,and i suppose you will better. You should realise about your self worth. If you take care your health you will absolutely get fine completely and can spend more time with your family members who also believe that you will get alright soon. I hope next time you would take your meal and medicines on time"

The nurses should first observe the patient and then should act accordingly by encouraging the patient to have a healthy life.
