1) Identify any abnormal or discrepant urinalysis findings.

2) Do any of the results obtained suggest improper specimen collection or laboratory error

3) Are any of the results obtained associated with male fertility   

4) Based on these results, what chemical test should be performed to evaluate the functional integrity of the seminal vesicles and ejaculatory ducts?

1.Its a semen analysis not a urinalysis.

2.yes ,its a wrong method of specimen collection.It should collected In a private room near to laboratory. Transporting the specimen will bring changes in temperature hence the analysis will be incorrect.

3.Many of the results are missing.For sperm analysis most important thing is sperm count and its characteristics.

4.Normal sperm analysis should be done initially. If any abnormalities suspect in seminal vesicles and ejaculatory duct,then the proper diagnostic is aspiration of semen from seminal duct and evaluating it.
