1. Ambulance facility for medical emergency situation were found lacking in the rural health care area.

2. Villagers were not educated to read their own documents as this can lead them not understand their own basic requirements.

3. Physicians and other medical staffs were lacking in rural area where common people can suffer for basic medical treatments.

4. Roadside delivery could be risky during complicated medical cases as picturised in the one of the movie scene.
